I love this photo of a bobcat taken near Rookery Swamp.
I figured that since I posted memories of where I’ve been, maybe I should share highlights of my future home and destination: Florida. What a controversial place it is these days. But as you can see, I’m only in it for the natural assets. You may remember these photos if you’ve followed Sharon’s Souvenirs for a while. Plus, many photos captured Lover’s Key State Park before a hurricane devastated the area last fall. My husband proposed on Lover’s Key, and I’ve been beach combing there since I was a kid.
Follow my feet…
Stay tuned for more!
I’m sure Florida is beautiful. Any place near the ocean has that advantage.
Great shots! I love the bobcat photo.
You have some gorgeous captures there. The colors are grand, but for pure mystery nothing beats that foggy shot!

Happy Thursday, Sharon!
I can see why people go to Florida. Your photos make it look wonderful.
Florida at its finest. Beautiful photography!

I also took part in Sky Watch.
Coffee is on, and stay safe.
The natural beauty of Florida was something I was introduced to in the almost two years I lived in Tampa during the mid 70’s. We were hoping to snowbird there starting in 2021 but we have put those thoughts on hold. Alas, Florida has changed – a lot. Development. Rapid growth. And yes, controversy. But I will eagerly enjoy your updates. Alana ramblinwitham
