Florida Memories: Part 1

I figured that since I posted memories of where I’ve been, maybe I should share highlights of my future home and destination: Florida.

Anastasia Island is a stone's throw from historic St. Augustine.

Follow my feet around the peacocks of the Fountain of Youth in St. Augustine, Florida.

I took one sip of the tangy, mineral-laced liquid from a small dixie cup and immediately felt older.

I’ve returned to sad, bleak, and bitter coldness, and I’m talking about my heart.

I’m grateful for your attention. I’m thankful to be in Florida!

Week two is still warm. It’s sticky, melty, and bright. I think it is just right!
