Some people love their cabins that cling to Minnesota lakes like a Pandora bracelet full of bobbles. But I love Duluth. Lake Superior beats all other lakes. Minnesota’s East side along the Mississippi is picturesque and lovely, but there’s not quite as much to do. Duluth has hiking and biking trails, old-school architecture, black basalt landscapes, and beautiful shining waters. Plus, it’s got big boats and my book! Follow my feet…
Split Rock Lighthouse.
The Great Catsby! As a debut author, I had to photograph this, right?
This ship was 1,000 feet long!
That first photo is interesting the way the shoreline and the bridge form mirror images of the other’s shape. Like boomerangs resting tip-to-tip.
