I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to walk barefoot on the beach again. My favorite memories in life revolve around those carefree times and epic strolls that began on Lover’s Key in Florida, and continued for thirty years over dune, key and shore. I’m three weeks past my second foot surgery, and I don’t have anymore feet. So fingers crossed I’ll have less pain next time I’m cleaning sand from inside my socks and sandals! Costa Rica sand appears to multiple like cockroaches, and can still be found long after a trip has come to an end.
Stay tuned for my camera beach pics.

Chorus of Crows is inspired by my dad’s real-life battle with Parkinson’s, and the book takes place in a fictional location eerily like my hometown. All the relics and bones shown above were collected on and around the farm where I grew up.
No bones about it…”This book is unsettling in the best way, slow, atmospheric, and deeply human. If you like atmospheric horror with strong characters and emotional depth, Chorus of Crows is absolutely worth your time.” Frank Rojas

Stunning scenery.
That really is a magical place! What an adventure!
Sending positive vibes for your healing so you can get back out on those shores pain-free. Wonderful photos!
Great set of pictures – the colour and texture of that first one really grabbed me. I wonder if the fish was caught by a person or another kind of fisher.

It’s enjoyment to see all these pictures. That must be nice to be in real.
Many greetings,

I love your beach scenes!!
I know what you mean about beach shoes. I went kayaking a few months ago in the same water shoes I use for my pool exercise classes and I am still getting sand and small pebbles out of them.
Wonderful photography.
