In the southeast corner of Canyonlands National Park, forty miles south of Moab, colorful Cedar Mesa Sandstone spires rise like needles. But the drive into the park looks like the rest of Moab, with massive red mesas melting under the sun.
The first thing we did was enjoy a picnic lunch by the visitor center before enjoying nature’s Martian fairyland. I can’t wait to return to Utah this summer. 🙂
