Launch Day Giveaway!

"Read Me!" yelled my book as it flailed through the air.

Mosaic Monday.

My book launched last Friday. To celebrate, I’m giving away one gift bag full of Chorus of Crows-themed goodies just for my blogging friends, but only for a limited time. Be like a crow and collect shiny things! Today’s giveaway includes a signed copy of my book! Enter by this Thursday at Midnight Eastern Standard time, because after that, my bag of swag is headed to an author event at The Tattered Page Book Club on Friday. But, if you’re a newsletter subscriber, you’ll still have a chance to win because I’m reserving another fully loaded gift bag for next Monday’s newsletter! To enter, simply tell me the spookiest thing that’s ever happened to you, or the scariest dream you’ve ever had—my nightmares are always inspiring my novels. Did you know I wrote Chorus of Crows first, and that a dream I had during my book research trip to Sedona, AZ, inspired The Levitation Game?

The bag’s value is over 65 bucks. You have a good chance of winning because I don’t get that many comments! Here’s what you get:

~ A cute but sturdy crow tote bag from The Enchanted Journal Shop on Etsy.

~ A big Chorus of Crows mug from Zazzle.

~ Dream Salve from my favorite Etsy shop, CatNapBotanicals, to help you remember your dreams!

~ A cute corn rubber duckie from Tumblers360 on Etsy. Who knew?

~ Candy corn and crow stickers.

~ My book!

~ A mystery Florida themed trinket to leave for your favorite neighborhood crow—or crow fairy. Author Jess Lourey hides a marble somewhere outside for the fairies to thank them for their literary help after she completes her novels. I love this idea! 😊 US only, please. Caw!

Click on the book to order Chorus of Crows! Book details are spread all over my website. Stay tuned!

  1. Dear Sharon, I’m not participating in the giveaway, but I wanted to congratulate you on the publication of your new book!
You want to know about my scariest nightmare? I was just a child at the time, and I was wandering through a devastated landscape. Then I met my parents… and they had both lost their legs. I woke up in a panic—and I’ve never forgotten that dream!

All the best from Austria, Traude

    • Congrats to your book, dear Blogfriend. I admire you! Knowing very well that’s many hours of work.

Thank you for sharing at MosaicMonday ❤️

  2. Hi Sharon,

I don’t participate in blog hops, link ups or giveaways but I just wanted to congratulate you and wish you all the best ❤️

  3. Congrats on the launch! I’ll skip the giveaway, but your post reminded me how powerful stories can be. I have such vivid dreams that sometimes feel like full plots on their own. Just the other day, I dreamt my wife and I stopped for breakfast, she went to pick it up while I searched for parking, and somehow I ended up on a steep hill almost toppling over. Then I was driving through a maze of streets, getting more and more anxious about her waiting, only to reach a dead-end restaurant where the owner literally knocked down a wall so I could pass through… and just as I drove in, the police showed up and everything stopped. Felt like a whole thriller packed into one dream. Wishing you great success with the book!

  4. I started writing down one thing at the end of every day — what I actually managed to do. Not a to-do list, not plans. Just one small win. It’s surprising how quickly it shifts your perspective.
